We have been a group of GLBT and friendly allies swimming together for over 20 years on Sunday mornings.  We swim indoor at Mack Pool in cold weather and at Fuller Pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day (50 meter heated pool).

We have 3 levels of workouts in 6 lanes so everybody can find the skill level with which they are comfortable.  Many start in our Cocktail Lane and move up as their swimming improves, and all are welcome.

We are currently starting at 10:00a.m.and swimming an hour.  As the group grows and there is more interest we may move back to swimming for 1.5 hours with appropriate workouts for the time frame.
